  • Cancellation policy

    Delegates who find themselves unable to attend to DMC 2024 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at dmc2024@inviteo.fr
     
    • Cancellation notice received before 18 October, 2024: 50% refund
    • Cancellation notice received from 19 October, 2024: no refund
